It's massive but wintertime wasn't crowded. Heated swimming pools allowed to use them in January. Good food selection in the restaurants, bars and lunch places. Staff nice and helpful.

I would not like to be there during summer when it will be packed full. Rooms need a bit of refreshing also as the pools. Still, worth the money!

The reception team and staff were the most helpful and friendliest people I’ve ever met. The check in process was seamless. The hotel room was so comfortable, and the views from the room simply stunning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The front desk staff were great. Mr. Ashour did his best to make sure that we had a good stay. Food quality and variety were definitely excellent. Really enjoyed our time. Excellent value for money.

Some facilities need renovation. The place is not equipped for people with disabilities. The wifi is not good enough. Animation team members were trying to do their best but sometimes they were actually causing some nuisance.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful although sometimes you can find some lack of experience, but they are definitely trying to do their best. Mr. Ashour is actively taking care of every detail and all members of the front desk are very helpful. The food is really excellent with wide range of varieties. Food is the best I have seen among all Hurghada resorts (and I have been to many). Staff members have been getting feedback from guests all the time and were taking it very seriously. Overall very good stay.

Some areas need some renovation. The hotei is not suitable at all for people with disabilities. However the staff promised to make changes to solve this. Wifi is not the best. Considering that this is a new management., I think they can solve these problems. One thing that I did not like is when the animation team members went to every guest practically forcing them to write a good review about them on Google. I hope this practice stops.

The food was delicious, the staff friendly and very helpful. The hotel is huge and we would choose it again.

Only the main pool is heated. We stayed in a swim up suite but never actually used the pool because the water was too cold.

Hotel staff are very friendly. We didn't like the mega family room we booked but hotel manager provided us free upgrade to two standard rooms with balcony overlooking the pool area, which was really nice. Beds are very comfortable. They have travel cribs but no mattress, bring your own! Shower is nice. Buffet food was good, lots of selections, fresh and tasty. They packed breakfast for our day excursion to Cairo. Animation team is great. Lots of activities throughout the day. Kids club is also very nice, babysitter lady is very kind to children. There's boat port right on the beach, we took a half day glass bottom boat tour with our toddler, very convenient. There's also bigger boat taking people diving or go to bigger islands. We saw dolphins from the port. Sea water looks very nice from port. Snack bar in pool area is nice, we could get adequate lunch there not having to go to the main restaurant. Airport pickup worked well, taxi driver had a sign with my name waiting outside. Pool was heated, it was not so warm when we visited but we could still go in the pool.

Hotel room floor was dirty, even after house keeping (maybe they need better cleaning equipment). House keeping in general is very poor and inconsistent, one room had tissue box the other didn't. One had soft drinks in fridge the other didn't. We also had bottled water supply on some days but not all days from house keeping. Hotel lift was constantly broken, sometimes it worked after pressing the floor number several times, sometimes just didn't work at all. One of our standard rooms' door lock didn't work, contacted reception but no fix, we were just hoping nobody would break in. Telephone room to room calling didn't work. Bathroom in the pool area had no lights one day, could't see anything with doors closed. The camel guy in pool area charges a lot for a photo with camel, me and my son went on he asked for 5, my mother went on for a photo since we paid him, but he asked for another 5... just leave the camel alone...One of the rooms had many mosquitoes, my son got many big bites. Hotel building seemed quite old and poorly built, lots of dent and loose wires. Hall way was loud at night when kids came back from evening animations. When calling reception they seem not knowing which room called (please upgrade call system), we received a call at 2AM asking if our aircon was broken (No!) not nice to get disturbed. Their special restaurants which need reservation days in advance were not good at all, we tried the burger and Asian restaurants, didn't like either, beef burger tasted strange. Don't bother making reservations, just eat at the main buffet. Beach at hotel is not very nice, water not clear, very small beach area.

I'm repeating my review (adding the same review) again since I stayed more than a single time in the resort. Excellent location. There is a big market just outside the resort which allowed us to walk during the day without having to take any transportation. There are also a lot of restaurants around the resort (case you want to eat outside the resort). The facilities are beautiful and well kept/maintained. The pools and rooms are lovely. There is also an excellent water park in the resort for every age (I felt like a 5 years all over again hehe). Excellent Food. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff members. Last but not least, excellent entertainment team. We had activities during the entire day. My girlfriend really enjoyed all the activities. Specially the dance lessons. All the staff members are incredibly kind and friendly. One night we even saw a family that were on their last day in the resort and their children were crying and hugging the entertainment members. In my opinion, that says a lot more about the resort dedication than anything else I can mention.

The gym could use some other machines and dumbells. Most of the equipment there can only be used for a small number of muscle groups.

Starting holidays with nice welcome. All meals were excellent, tasty, well served, kind staff. Perfect location, near the see and street on the entrance side. Care about safety.

Housekeeping, just skipped some days...

The place has many many pools and looks very pretty in the garden; staffs are very friendly overall For the price and having everything included (yes, all food and drinks) i think it’s totally worth the money and overall was a comfortable stay. Would recommend!

There was a bit of hiccup at check in: no water in our room, no toilet paper, broken kettles... after a few attempts which made me quite disappointed at first, issues were all fixed. As the staffs are friendly, we didn’t mind it too much

Perfect staff. Awesome food. Animators were best of the best!! A lot of activities you can do - from volleyball match to beerpong. Very nice pool sides and perfect place to stay. 10 of 10. Thank you Sunrise!
